The Resort
OW OW OW! To the effort that went into perfecting every detail of the project,
and the mammoth task and logistics of it all...
Beautiful, peaceful and at one with nature and local tradition! Maya - this is beyond good!
The Staff
Making special mention of any individual would diminish the effort of the rest of the staff!
Without being intrusive, each member treated us as though the resort was their own.
Thanks for making us feel so welcome and comfortable! Excellent job all! You are cemented in our memories.

But this place is only to describe in superlatives!
Great; magnificiant; amazing resort; wonderful people - and I am writing this during pouring rain, and still enjoying everything!

Dear Maya and everyone of the staff,
This defenitely was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. I ment it when I said that Pef island is just about the most beautiful thing I ever saw, but even the impressions left by the amazing diving were surpassed by the relaxed and warm atmosphere of the resort and the West Papuans.
The songs played in the restaurant in the evenings will still be playing in my head long after I am back home.
Each and everyone in the resort made me feel so welcome, cared for and "pampered".
This holiday surpassed my already high expectations.

Waking up to the dawn chorus of birds... a peaceful way to start each day. Staff at Raja - you are all so friendly and welcoming. Danci and the 'Kangaroo Band', entertaining and musical... not only does the band sing but their laughter takes it to another level.
Leon and Claudia, thanks for your patience with us. Leon, your sense of humour put us at ease on our first dive, you opened our eyes to the wonders of diving in Raja.
Truly sad to leave.

Thanks for an awesome week. It flew by in a flash, the diving was awesome, so much diversity. the dive guides were really good spotting all the small and interesting stuff and pointing it out. Nikson was exceptional really taking care of my wife Cynthia. Taking her on a grand tour while I was hanging around taking photos. Loved the singing from Danci every evening and even on the boat.
The Imaging Studio was exceptional with the advice they gave specific to my camera. Learned so much and was able to apply it immediately. Could see improvements in the week we were there. Thanks Leon and Claudia.
All I can add is that it was an absolutely wonderful experience from arriving and being greeted by lovely people singing and dancing, coconut milk, the beautiful bungalows, the flowers on the bed - it made everything so special, we felt special and spoilt.
Thanks Nikson for taking such good care of me, thanx to all the staff, everyone was so friendly and willing to please.
